This week we're focusing on the inventory side of things, and we're pleased to report that the overall inventory now sitting at 2261 is right around the 5-year average of inventory, which is something we haven't seen in the last 2 years, which is a positive sign for home buyers but how is it for home sellers?. While we're starting to see more inventory come up, it hasn't necessarily led to a drop in prices. However, the supply side of the component is providing more options for home buyers, and we're seeing a bit of a mixed bag in terms of pricing.
